Order Processing Time
All orders are carefully handmade and processed within 5-7 business days. This timeframe allows our artisans to craft your order with precision and care. Once processed, your order will be handed over to our shipping partner for delivery. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. Thank you for your patience!
Shipping Duration
After dispatch, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery to your doorstep.
Worldwide Delivery
We accept and ship orders to all countries, with the exception of Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC Sanctioned Countries.

Courier Service
To ensure a premium delivery experience, all shipments are carried out through Express Deliveries including DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS etc. We reserve the right to select the courier that best accommodates efficient delivery.
APO/PO Box Addresses
For your safety and security, we do not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses.
Duty and Taxes
All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning the customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery. Please contact your country's customs office prior to purchasing to determine any additional costs you may incur. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the buyer's responsibility.
Order Confirmation
Once payment is received, you will be notified via email of your order confirmation.
Tracking and Follow-Up
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. It is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the courier company using this tracking number. In case the order is held by the courier company for any reason, or delivery attempts are made when you are not available, it is your responsibility to contact the courier company. We recommend tracking your shipment once you receive the tracking number. After multiple failed delivery attempts, the courier company may destroy the parcel, and we cannot be held responsible for this.
Delivery Address
Once your order is dispatched, we cannot reschedule the delivery to a different address. You will need to contact the respective courier company for further assistance or solutions.
